Today was not what I hoped for. Doc completely refused to work on the lunge line. It took at least an hour to get him to lope three straight circles on the lunge line without turning the other way. I spent the entire time with him today working on the basics of the lunge line. So not what I hoped for. This picture is of Doc ready to go lunge. When I lungs I leave the orange halter on his face and attach a long red line to it. Like the purple lead rope, but made of material that won't burn you hand if he pulls it really hard.
